Part 2 of our Grand Canyon Camping Roadtrip (View Part 1, Part 3)
With the North Rim of the Grand Canyon being so close to Page, I implored my husband to let us stop at Horseshoe Bend before heading back south. It is just outside of the city of Page, with a small parking spot on the side of the road. Once parked, it’s a 3/4th mile trail to the Horseshoe Bend view point.

The beauty of Horseshoe Bend. We can now cross this off of our Arizona To Do list!

There were quite a number of visitors when we went. Hold on to any young ones as there aren’t any railings and seeing the sheer drop when peeping over the edge is enough to make your heart skip a beat.
